Pornsawan will fight for WBC 108 lbs. title.

"Iron Man 2000" Pornsawan Porpramuk of Thailand is the second Thai fighter who have scheduled to challenge the world titles on March 28, 2009.

NotiFight.Com reported the final decision from a meeting between WBC president, Dr. Jose Sulaiman, the mayor of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mr. Arturo Diez Gutierrez Navarro, and Mr. Fausto Garcia, confirmed that the Thailander, Pornsawan Porpramuk will become a challenger of WBC Light Flyweight kingpin, Edgar Sosa, on March 28, at Ciudad Victoria in Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Pornsawan is former PABA Minimumweight champion and Interim WBC Asia (formerly ABCO) Minimumweight titlist. He lost to Donnie "Ahas" Neites in the Vacant WBO Miniflyweight championship in September 2007. In his last fight, Pornsawan lost in the mandatory defending fight of WBC Minimumweight king, Oleydong Krathingdaenggym (Sithsamerchai) in November 2008.

Therefore this fight is the third opportunity for him in the world title challenge.

Fomerly 2-division world champion, Wandee Singwangcha (Chor Charoen), of Thailand has a scheduled to fight again in Japan against local boxing star, Daiki Kameda on March 4, 2009 at Saitama Super Arena.

WBC#9 Fly, Wandee recieved a good offer to fight against Daiki Kameda the second younger brother of "The Osaka Pit Bull" Koki Kameda who is a former WBA Light Flyweight king of "Kameda Boxing Gym" in 10-round non-title bout on March 4 in Saitama. The main is event of this programme is 10-round non-tile fight between Koki and undecided opponent.

Wandee is former WBC Minimumweight boss and Interim WBC Light Flyweight title holder. Now he is promoted by Naris Boxing Promotion of Thailand and his stable mate is a current WBA Flyweight king, Denkaosaen Krathingdaenggym (Kaovichit).

Team of WBC Female Light Flyweight title challenger Dan-Bi Kim of South Korea is protesting against the Swiss referee, Franz Marti, who punished Kim by 5 points deduction in her fight with the Thailander, Nongmuay Kokietgym, yesterday afternoon in Nakorn Rachasrima Province, Thailand.

Kim's manager told Thai reporters that he is protesting against the referee to WBC, because his fighter was suffered from 5 points deduction in 10-round championship fight without warning. But Mr. Marti described this whole fight was very bad due to repeated foul from the Korean fighter.

Nongmuay Kokietgym is the ring name of Karnchana Thoongthaisong who is a former SEA Games 2005 bronz medalist in 48-kg division of female. Now her professional record was improving to 7 won on point without lost. She became to a new WBC Female Light Flyweight Queen after won over Dan-Bi Kim of Korea by unanimous decision on January 29, 2009. Her manager and promotor Mr. Kokiet Panichayarom, who is the big boss of Kokeit Group Co., Ltd., wants to postpone her mandatory defense in April with Interim champ of Japan, Naomi Togachi and will make her first opptional defense in Thailand.
